three or four 12 oz cans a week is ok
No sugar, no carbs no calories. Should drinking diet pepsi be avoided. I don't drink it all the time just couple of times a week.

''aspartame'' seems to be the bad sugar replacement....if your gonna drink diet...try to find ones sweetened with ''splenda'' instead...aren't any problems with splenda.....yet![]()
oh ya...also heard from my nutrition teacher that products that contain artificial sweeteners have stuff in them that will actually give you an appetite.....which could be a good or bad thing.![]()

Try pepsi one, it is made with sucralose or splesnda. the so called good sugar substitute. I like it, I also like the diet coke with splenda. I drink em like once every few weeks.

Aspartame isn't as bad as people make it out to be. It's two amino acids. Sucralose on the other hand has been bleached. Take your pick? I don't use either unless I'm cutting for a contest.
