I was wondering if what I eat before I gon workout is okay to eat 45 minutes before hitting the weights. I'm in a gaining phase right now. Also, how should this change when I start to cut?

Maybe throw a scoop of whey to the oatmeal. Probably back the honey off to 1 TB.
Honey is thought to be good for endurance exercise (marathon training etc....)....not so sure how or even if, it factors in to weight training, other than sweetening things. It's pretty calorie dense as well. 1TB = 63cal (17g carbs)
When your cutting I'm not so sure I'd change your preworkout meal.....I'd adjust your quantities of your laterr meals....but that pre=workout meal is pretty important (I think).
Some people don't eat before, just load up on BCAA's, a little coffee and away they go.
Different things work for different folks.
I take in 40g of whey in the AM forgot to tell you. As for the honey, I use it as a "charger" to get me hyper. I will take 1 tbsp instead. Any other suggestions?
By the way, I cant not eat before working out. I feel like shit. I need food-I crave food I worship food!!!!! I take epliepsy meds before my workout that would otherwise leave a hole in my stomach if I didnt chow down.

looks very similar to what i do when i train first thing, minus the honey.
Since this usually isnt digested quick enough, i have 25g dex and 25g whey during my workout as well, for energy. But you may get similar effects from the honey.
