    Help?

    My whole diet today, this is the first time i actually wrote what i ate and tried to count the carolies.

    Breakfast: 10:15-
    2 packs of strawberryoatmeal-260 calories 54 carbs
    2% milk- 100 cals 8 carbs
    2 eggs 160 calories 1 carb
    2 pieces of potato bread-200 calories 38 carbs

    Lunch: 1:15-
    4 peices of chicken breast- 142 calories
    1 potato-220 calories
    2 fish oil caps.

    workout 230-330

    3:30- 2 packs of oatmeal with 2%milk=360 calories 62 carbs
    Cell tech: 300 calories

    diner: 6:30-
    4 pieces chicken breast-142 calories
    Brocolli-46 calories
    A little lomein noddles. ? calories
    2 fish oil caps.

    I lift 5 days a week. My goals are to gain muscle with minimal fat gain.
    Can some1 please help with with my diet? That is what i had today. What am i missing that could help me? Thanks!!! I didnt take any whey protein bc i ran out. I put in a order with prosource.net and mine should be coming in 3 days.

    height, weight, bf%, male or female.

    That's not very much protein, or food for that matter. That's less than 1900 cals. Put down your cals, prot. fat, and carbs amts.

    Im 6'1 or 6'2 i weigh 172 lbs male, 15 years old. I dont know my body fat % But i would guess around 10%? Yesterday i had 1930 calories but it felt like a lot more cause i ate so much. I had around 200 carbs, and 136 grams of protein.

    You had more like 300g carbs. Cell-Tech has carbs, potatoes have carbs.

    Oh yeah, Pro Source will rip you off. Order from somewhere else.

    I got a 5lb bottle of opitum nutirion why protein for 25 bucks! At gnc they have 2lb for 25 bucks. How many calories carbs and grams of protein should i take in each day to build muscle?
