iwas diesting for 8weeks with health food , low carbs, low fat.
so that i get to decrease my bf% from 25 to 12.
by the December i stoped the diet. iwas tired of that shit.
but happy wit my shape wel more or less!
by today i`m so hungry , i like the sweet to much special the bakery.

TOM is right on. Planned cheating is so much better than binging.
