    Any good snacks???

    I work at an office and it's damn near impossible not too snack all day. Aside from that my diet is very clean and I keep a bf under 10%. Let me know if there are any good ideas

    Couldn't you keep bags of veges, almonds, vacuum packed tuna under your desk? Why not pack a small personal size cooler type lunch box with your chicken, etc in baggies?? Would that work?

    I 2nd the tuna. I keep a drawer full of tuna and old fashioned oats along with silverware and bowls incase I am stuck here working longer than I anticipate.

    Depends on what you mean by 'snacks'

    If you want something that is not going to break the calorie budget then try things like:
    Vegetable strips
    Sugar free jello
    sugar free gum


    If you want things with calories for 'meals':
    nuts/seeds
    chopped fruit and vegetables
    tins of tuna or legumes
    home-made protein bars or meal replacement shakes (cut into little bits to snack on)
    Venison/turkey or beef jerky (low fat)
    Tubs of fat-free natural yoghurt

    Stuff like that...

    you can also put a few MRPs in your desk along with a shaker and a gallon of water near you.

    Like Emma-Leigh said, nuts, vegetable sticks, fruit and canned tuna is good. Also boilded eggs.
