    Keep cutting?

I've been cutting for the last 3 1/2 weeks, down 8lbs. I was going to cut for 8 weeks total before beginning to bulk again. Wondering if I should cut for 4 weeks, bulk for 6, and cut for another 4.

My bulking will not be a major diet change as I want to gain as little fat as possible. An extra 20g of protein and 40-60g of carbs a day.

I don't know exact quantities of what I eat right now, that is why my diet is not posted.

    Any feedback is appreciated.

I dont think the 8 pounds u lost should matter for anything, just look at urself and if ur cut as much as u want to be cut, then bulk, but u think u can and want to be more cut, then keep cutting

I know how it is. You dont want to get fat. But I find it easiest to bulk up all Winter and lose Fat pre Summer. My genetics could be different, but I come out with more Muscle this way. At first I was constantly bulking then cutting, but i have a Pro body building buddy who told me "Bulk, Bulk, Bulk, then Cut. I mean this guy is on top of his game, but everybody's body is different. Just my $.02

I somewhat agree with this... It took me a year or so to gain 33lbs, and right now I'm on my first cut. I'd would say though, that after bulking, I don't really think I'd want to bulk to the point of going over 15% bodyfat, that would probably make the cut seem too long.

Even at that, my first bulk took me to 190, so next time I'm planning to hit around 210 or so, give or take 5lbs.
