Hiya, im 17 about 5,9ft-5,10ft and roughly 10 stone (140lbs) and i am trying to put on weight,
i have just took up boxing and hoped the training involved in that would help, i dont find it hard to put mussle on just weight and i find it even harder to keep. i just want to be broader manlyround my shoulders and waist. ive tryed eaten loads but i tend to get very full quickly, i tryed those protein shakes and they worked well but soon as i stoped it sort of droped off again and they are quite alot of money to use all the time,
my diet is bad but no matter wht i eat i put no weight on,
i think eat alot but it doesnt help
i wake upgo to work and work till about 10 then i have 2 samwhiches usally tuna a bit of fruit crisps choclate and a cake then eat the same about 1. then have a cooked dinner normally potoes veg meat etc. and maybe a snack before bed.. i know its not the best diet but wondering if you guys could give me any tips. plus someone told me if you drink water alot it helps?? i drink to much tea i think hehe.
