    gettng bigger and reducing waste

    how do i get bigger and get my abs riped ?

    I dont want to be giant just moderately build and cut

    To get bigger = eat more food than you need. Train correctly. Rest. Repeat.

    To get abs ripped = eat less food than you need. Train correctly. Rest. Repeat.


    As you can see - might run into a few issues with the calorie thing if you want to try to do both at once.....

    You need to eat bulkie foods if you want to bulk and get bigger or you can eat cutie foods if you want to cut and get leaner.
