    My latest 3am snack

So my next order of Casein hasn't showed, so when I wake up in the middle of the night I've been eating an Instone Protein Pudding before hopping back in bed. I've got to say, it's a lot easier to wake up, down a quick tin of protein pudding and get back to bed than it is mixing and slugging back a shake. Mmmm...

Holy shit that's spendy. I get it for free.

I only eat the pudding; not interested in carbs in the middle of the night.

It's got like 2 g of carbs...no biggie. But the nutrigrain is my main source of carbs. Why do you get it for free?

I bought some of this at GNC last night. It was on sale for $6.99. I got the chocolate and am looking forwards to trying it out this weekend.

It's not soy, it's whey. Additional ingrdients: Artifical flavours and colours, and a bunch of other stuff that doesn't sound TOO bad for you. Texas girl, you should try Banana cream...waaaay better than chocolate

Dorian Yates is coming out with his company's version. I tried it at the Arnold...SOOO GOOD! Only in chocolate and vanilla though. But it's thick and creamy (and only available in the states )

    205 right now.

Cottage cheese isn't nearly as tasty, and in the middle of the night these are much easier to take in. And, I get them for free.
