because im not totally sure what my diet cryteria is. all im doing is eating protein and salads with some fruit but for dinner my mom makes different things and i dont know if they are ok. i know one tamale has 30 carbs and 11 protein but i dunno if the carbs is bad or not.
Oh, they are fine then, just throw them in the mix. Cris Cormier used to eat just protein, salads, and cheese. He got shreded, didn't even lift that much
