    Vitamins

    Found some Vitamins in my house i havent used ,took 2 tablets of vitamin c a 2 Multim -Vitamins.

    Do they ever go Bad cause now i see the expiration date is Feb-2002.

    my X husband was a physician. from what i understand...mulitvitamins don't really go "bad" in a harmful way...they just don't really "work" anymore. However, i'm referring to a year after exp...i don't know about 4 years.

    why not just go buy a cheap multivitamin and some vitamin c at your local walgreens or cvs?

    Problem is superhulk ate them three days ago
