Do you count calories from BCAA/Glutamine?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Because Derek(Beast), over at bb.com doesnt count them, and a couple of board members said they are incomplete proteins so they wouldnt have much calories anyway.
E.g(10g of BCAA doesn NOT equal 40 calories) Thoughts? |

to be honest, if you are worrried about the calories in BCAA, you are taking counting calories far, far too seriously.
Rounding on lables probably costs you much more than the BCAA. It aint supposed to be THAT exact. |

Aiming for a 500 calorie deficit/gain, i thought that 240 would play a quite significant role... So should i continue to count them? Or should i not be so anal? |
