Cutting Help

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
I need help. Right now Im on a low calories (500 below maintenence) diet to get rid of some fat and for the past 2 weeks my cut as been relatively succesful. My problem is that sometimes im hungry and I dont wanna eat because that will obviously mess things up. My question is what are some good ways to fight off hunger or an apetite. Ive tried drinking a lot of water and eating low dense vegies like brocoli(sp?).

Thanks.

I am powerlifting now so having 4% bodyfat is not of use to me. When I competed in BB I was 8% body fat or less for 3 years straight, and 4% at showtime, so I know how to stay ripped.....100% mental son.

How many Veggies are you eating a day?

How much fruit?

How much water are you drinking?

What do your meals look like?

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

i agree with that , having enough vegetables in your diet will make you rarely feel hungry ..also if it's so hard for you then split more meals and drink more water..
