Ok where to begin?

OK i am currently 246lbs, with 13%bodyfat which is like 31lbs fat

This will be my diet to lose fat by april 21st, then a high calorie clean bulk throughout summer.

cut diet

Carbs: 250g/1000 cals
protein: 300g/ 1200 cals
fat: 90g/810 calories

split between 8 meals

good fats, lots of chicken, and lean beef.

I want to be at 230 pounds , and 7-8%

Also cardio, 2 sessions a day, 25 minutes in morning, 20 in evening.

I am also taking blaze by san, it is stimulant free, Would this help burn fat while sleeping if taken at bed, with my zma, and tribulus.

These are my dreams, which I must make reality!

This way I will not get as drained on one session. I also think it will cause a more steady acceleration of my metabolism throughout the day.

Yes definately too much cardio! If you are cutting your calories and eating healthier this will boost your metabolism, and also your weight lifting sessions will keep you lean. Be sure to drink lots more water if your cutting the carbs!
