    Diet Progress So Far

I have been dieting for 26 days now on a reduced calorie with little carbs ( only veggies) after my post work out carbs......which is about 2:00 in the afternoon.
I started out at 192 with about 14-13% Body fat.

Progress has been nice- week one -2 pounds, week two -2 pounds, week three -2 pounds. I thought this was a little too fast but I still didn't see great body improvement

For the 4th week I am going to be down 3 pounds!!!! I did get off Kre-Alkalyn creatine a few days ago so maybe it's some water weight. I have not been losing strength and my mass looks good ( I don't take measurments)

Is this normal????? From the mirror I don't look like I have lost 9 pounds of fat....Maybe like 5. I thought I would be ripped after losing 9 pounds.

Screw that...the diet doesn't matter. I know I'm not losing muscle and I know I have lost about 9 pounds. It doesn't quite look like it in the mirror. Wouldn't 9 pounds of fat be a significant reduction in body fat. Does your body naturally weigh less when not eating as many carbs?

Is this mainly water in muscle, or water that was lying underneath the skin.

    ????
Water weight lost with glycogen is from water in muscle. But this would have been lost in the first week.

I doubt it is 'all fat' - at 13-14% BF and 192 - that means you started with ~25 pounds of fat... To have lost all 9 pounds of fat means you would be at 183 and 16 pounds fat - which would put you at 8-9% BF and you would have certainly noticed this change in the mirror...
