Is this a good chicken to eat?

I found this stuff in a local health food supermarket!!

It's Bell and Evans Frozen Cooked Chicken Breast...

Fully Cooked, ready to thaw and serve
Excellent for salads, sandwiches, pasta, etc...
    All Natural Chicken...Raised Without Antibiotics
Whole Breast Meat -No fillers, extenders, flaked, chopped or Mechanically separated meat
    No chemical additives or preservatives
Extraordinary quality; so good the whole family will enjoy

Ingredients other then chicken...Salt, and Corn Starch...Is that ok? Is corn starch ok?

for 3.3 oz its 0.5g fat 90 cal 22g protein 360mg sodium (only downfall)

is this ok for a few times a week? I also make my own chicken as well but its nice to switch back and forth...

please lemme know. i drink tons of water as well for the sodium issue.

It is not as good as real chicken, but it is not going to harm you eating it a few times a week.

(ps: cornstarch is exactly what it sounds like - it is made from corn and is usually used to thicken recipes).
