iv just started a 5 days a week 1 hour cardio program to slim down. Im currently around 15% bf at 157 pounds, 5 foot 10". My only real problem is my poor diet. I was hoping someone would be able to hlp me build a 5 meal program or sometihng i could stick to that would suit me.
