    cutting cycle

    can someone help me out, ill be starting a cutting cycle next cycle, and im looking for a good diet, can someone suggest something for me? thanks

    What is your weight and LBM right now...Also your age

    Im 28 195 and I have about 8% body fat

    At 8% you do not need to cut up unless you are getting ready for a show.

    Im trying to get down to maybe around 4 or 3%, I just wanted to know a good diet that I should be following. Such as protein intake, carbs, fats etc.

    I would start there and see if something in that would work for you. Feel free to post your ideas when you are ready and we can help you from there.

    A real 3% is one in a million.....no reason for that unless you are going to compete....anything under 8% for a man is very unhealthy.

    Many guys in the UFC are lower than 7
    Rich Franklin, current champ is at 5.7%. why is it unhealthy?

    Total BS son, I hit 4% and was shredded way beyond any of those fat pigs.
