At 8% you do not need to cut up unless you are getting ready for a show.

Im trying to get down to maybe around 4 or 3%, I just wanted to know a good diet that I should be following. Such as protein intake, carbs, fats etc.

Have you read the stickies at the top of the forum called Guide to Cutting etc........

I would start there and see if something in that would work for you. Feel free to post your ideas when you are ready and we can help you from there.

A real 3% is one in a million.....no reason for that unless you are going to compete....anything under 8% for a man is very unhealthy.

Anything under 8%??
Many guys in the UFC are lower than 7
Rich Franklin, current champ is at 5.7%. why is it unhealthy?
