    Question Nandos Chicken Burger: Good or Bad?

    Well, I had abit of a craving for a burger, so I drove over to Nandos Chicken and got myself one of their Chicken Burgers, without mayo (with breast fillet). It was damn nice and filling but I was worried about how 'bad' it was for me. So I checked out the Nutritional info on the web;

    Calories 425 ( Kilojoules 1775 )
    Total Fat 7.4 g
    Saturated Fat 2.9 g
    Cholesterol -
    Sodium 630 mg
    Total Carbohydrates 54.2 g
    Dietary Fibre -
    Sugars 5.2 g
    Protein 34 g

    From my eye it's pretty decent. It's high in protein, low in sugar and relatively low in fat and calories. The only thing I can see really wrong is the little or no fibre I'll get from it.
    So do you think the Nandos chicken burger is a good treat, or should I give it a miss next time?

    By the way, this was my dinner meal.

    I'd say about 15cm in diameter.
