A competition diet is not a 'one size fits all' thing - it depends on your weight, BF%, genetic predisposition etc etc...

And at 8 weeks out you should REALLY have things down tight - you do not have a lot of time left...

Are you working with a trainer/nutritionist?

What are you currently doing for your diet?

chicken tenders as in the McDonalds chicken tenders?????

My personal feeling is that you have too many carbs. Consider cutting out the carbs in some meals and subbing with fish oils, flax, Natural PB and nuts.
