I mix cottage cheese with natural PB and freeze it!! To add an extra yummy-ness, add in 1 tsp of sugar-free hot chocolate (like SF Swiss Miss)!!

Then you get chocolate peanut butter ice-cream!!
...................

I've also heard of adding a bit of cinnamon...but I'm not a cinnamon gal...

unless it's a CINNABON!

..............

pineapple is good...especially if you're female

http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...cottage+cheese (good stuff to mix with cottage cheese?)

For savory: crushed garlic or ginger
herbs
spices
vegetables
tuna or salmon
egg
lemon or lime juice

Emma-Leigh had a nice write up of ideas, but I can't seem to find it at the moment.

I have recently been adding cinamin to my cottage cheese before bedtime. It makes it taste awesome and cinamin actually has a decent chunk of dietary fiber in it and like 0 carbs, sugars and calories.. go figure haha

I find that adding some yogurt perks up the taste.

I am addicted to cottage cheese. My current thing is either s/f choc. syrup or choc. whey+Black Star Labs Choc. flavoring (which can be substituted with s/f pudding or unsweetened cocoa powder or s/f hot chocolate).
