Jamba Juice/fruit smoothies: healthy or not?

    hey everyone,
im not sure if your all familiar with the smoothies they sell at Jamba Juice. The Kiwi Berry Burner is my favorite, it has 470 calories, .5 g of fat, and supposedly 4.3 servings of fruit. It also has 95 g of sugar (thats supposed to be natural) and I've read that the smoothies at Jamba Juice are very healthy to have. I also add a protein boost to it when I have it.
I was wondering if you guys think these shakes are really healthy to have after a workout or in between meals, or if its simply too many carbs/sugar?
Does it really count as 4+ servings of fruit?

I don't think they're that healthy...but I don't think they're horrible. I guess it depends on your everyday eating habits. I stop by a couple times a month for an Orange Dream Machine...with a couple scoops of protein. YUM.

Check the grams of protein per scoop...not that much...i usually add 2 (in addition to the 1 they give you free)
