Best way to bulk!!! Guaranteed weight gain!
Drink beer.
Lots of it. I turned 21 a bit ago, went drinking that weekend, was drunk the whole weekend... I gained 9 lbs. It's amazing. I recommend redbull and vodka. |

Having a few drinks every now and then is no big deal - I just needed to make a point because he said he uses alcohol to gain - cept' he ain't gaining LBM thats for sure
![]() Usually within 12 hours if you only had a few drinks you are fine. Just remember not to eat much while drinking - I hear that your body is more likely to retain fat. |

if you really wanna bulk, eat a lot of pizza. When i was in college, I did that-had at least 3 pies a week. I gained at the end of my second semester about 10 lbs and went up 2 sizes in my jeans...fat bastard that I was.
