red wine intake...
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com they say red wine is someone good for your heart... I drink about 8 ounces of red wine everynight to help me chill out and go to sleep.. am I turning into an alcholic or am I ok??

8 oz is a bit much. I would probably stick to about 120ml/4 oz per day at the most.
But if you are wanting to lose fat then alcohol is not really going to be a good idea. |
