keeping up with 6 meals a day

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS

I'd like to know, for those of you who have 6 meals a day, how you keep up with it. I personally find it a bit annoying to be constantly interrupted every three hours to get something to eat, or to always take the food with me everywhere. How do you do it?
Cooking is also another issue. How often do you cook? do you cook in bulk for most of the week, or just regularly?
Please, tell me your cooking and eating schedule in detail (as well as where you eat, how you carry your food...), so that I can get an idea of how to keep up with it
Thanks

What do you mean how do you do it? It's easy - you pack food and you eat it

If you have a goal and the determination to follow through with your goal then it shouldn't be difficult. This lifestyle is not suppose to be easy........if it was we would all look like Arnold or Monica Brandt.

I cook as I need food. I make sure I make enough so the next day I have a few meals out of it. Plus with protein powder, salads, tuna etc... it's relatively easy.

The only thing I cook for the future days is brown rice. Other than that I cook it and eat it at the same time. The time when I head back to college is nearing and my diet is going to suffer, so for now I'm sticking to my diet as close as I can.

Its really hard but i am learning to at a lot more and give some boost with whey protein (supplement).

Life is not easy as Jodi says. I must think: "Should i still on my easy eating-life-with-no-physical-effort" and keep being a thin guy or should i work hard to have a beautiful body? Its about options.

Anyway, sometime si really dont have the time for all the meals (i am in work) so i will eat more in other meals.

Is it bad to cook all of my Chicken for the week, Sunday night? I usually BBQ it(without anything except Mr. Dash) Sunday night, then pack it away 'till I need it. It is usually ggone by Thursday...Friday at the latest!

Also, is it better to boil or BBQ chicken? Is that splitting hairs? Does it "denature" the protein, either way? Should I even worry about it? Just curious..thanks

Except for brown rice which I cook on weekends, I cook my food twice a week. I have an office job with a small fridge nearby, and a microwave, so heating things up isn't a problem.

I also keep vacuum packed tuna packets, whey powder & shaker, spices in my desk drawer.

You just have to plan it out, I think the more you do it, the easier it gets.

As long as you keep the chicken in an air tight container it should be ok (usually they suggest 3-5 days)....

Cooking method - as long as you don't add anything (or completely blacken it to a remnant of it's former self), will not really matter. And 'denaturing' protein is not an issue with most things (bb myth)... The only time it is an issue is when you are talking of the biological functions of things like whey (eg: the anti-cancer properties) - the difference it makes to the digestibility and usefulness is minimal.
