Scales
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I'm in the market for a home scale. Anyone have any suggestions? I have a feeling that the body fat scales wont be all that accurate. Not trying to spend a whole lot of money unless it will be worth it. Thanks in advance.

Get a normal scale. I got one from Target by Taylor. Works great. Had a couple digital ones but they never remained accurate, step on three times in a row and get three different readings. Body fat scales aren't something I'd put a lot of faith in, either.
But, still the best thing, unless you're training for a bodyweight sport, just use the mirror instead of a scale. |
