Soya protein powder is it good???

I buy a whey protein supp, and a mix of proteins mainly soya supp. I buy it because it is fairly cheap and i need the protein. But how bad of a choice is this? Do u reccomend i cop for a casein powder instead?

there has not been any difinitive proof that it is or is not estrogenic..if it is good or bad...lots of different tests
so I would recommend avoiding it if you want high test just to be safe i think a casien or a milk protein isolate would be the best amino powder supp assumin you have to do it |
