Hi, ive heard many ppl mention that 'soya' protein is not a good choice especially for men firstly is this true??? I buy a whey protein supp, and a mix of proteins mainly soya supp. I buy it because it is fairly cheap and i need the protein. But how bad of a choice is this? Do u reccomend i cop for a casein powder instead?

It says it contains an instant form of Soya protein isolate and also Brewer's Yeast, which i no nuffin about! Comment's please ?

You not entirely answered my question, I use this supp atleast 2-3 time's daily, do u recommend i switch to a casein? If it is higly recommended to then sure I will.

there has not been any difinitive proof that it is or is not estrogenic..if it is good or bad...lots of different tests

so I would recommend avoiding it if you want high test just to be safe

i think a casien or a milk protein isolate would be the best amino powder supp assumin you have to do it
