I think that at your age, height and weight you need not diet.
Instead I would recommend a balance eating plan of lean proteins, veggies, EFA's, complex carbs, fruits and dairy. Lift weights and do some cardio and your bodyfat will naturally lean down. You are young enough and you are FAR from overweight (especially at your height being male) so your body will do it's thing naturally and save cutting til you really need it ![]() |
