    need peanut butter

    Anyone know where I can get bulk size natural peanut butter? I go through 3 lbs a week.

    of course...fish oil, flax and I eat red meat, so I gt a little bit of saturated fat.

    Thats ALOT of PB. A good ratio of your fats should be 50% monounsaturates (e.g. from Olive oil. Pref Cold pressed extra virgin). 25% polyunsaturates (e.g. from PB. Pref Natural - containing peanuts and maybe salt only) and the rest saturated fats.
