BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I like to marinade my chicken breasts for the day. I only use 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in the marinade. Should I factor this into my fat intake for the day on Fit Day?

You could always take a measure of how much marinade was left over after pulling the chicken out of the bag....if you're really anal.
Otherwise, ballpark it because it won't be a tablespoon, cuz you still have to cook the chicken, so some will drip off, unless you save the drippings and eat it. Maybe use 1.5 teaspoons as a ballpark measure? |
