Question about fish oil caps
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Just bought some fish oil caps, and read about how the ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 should be at a certain level and that there shouldn't be too many added vitamins. Here are the nutrition facts:
Amount Per Serving % DV Calories 10.00 2% Calories from Fat 10.00 Total Fat 1.00 g Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopherol) 3.00 mg 10% EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) (omega-3) 180.00 mg ** DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid)(omega-3) 120.00 mg ** GLA (gamma Linolenic Acid)(omega-6) 23.00 mg ** ** Daily Value (DV) not established Question is, is this a good level of omega-3 to omega-6? And is the addition of vitamin e anything to worry about? |

Most people get too much omega 6's and not enough omega 3's. Add 6-10 of these to your diet and don't worry much about the omega 6's. I can assure you that unless you are not eating, you are already getting enough and in many cases maybe too much.
