    Diet on cycle

OK guys this is the best that i could come up with...can't think of anything else...any suggestions?

    meal 1:
sandwich (2 full eggs and ground beef, tomatoes, cucumber)

    meal 2:
1 chicken breast brown rice, broccoli and cauliflower

    meal 3:
protein shake with cod liver oil, flax seed oil, bananna

    meal 4:
1 can of tuna and 1/2 container egg white

    meal 5:
1 chicken breast brown rice, broccoli and cauliflower

    meal 6:
1 can of tuna and 1/2 container egg white

    meal 7:
protein shake with cod liver oil, flax seed oil, bananna

    meal 8:
sandwich (2 full eggs and ground beef, tomatoes, cucumber)

    During workout: 1 protein Bar

After workout: protein shake with cod liver oil, flax seed oil, bananna

Although I have my opinions on this diet I will keep them to myself.

I am not a steroid user and I rarely get requests for diet advice from steroid users. Therefore I don't feel qualified enough to help you out and not give you wrong advice. Maybe someone will chime in.

Isn't diet on cycle the same as off? except that you would raise your calories as you gain mass, is that true?

I would just give him basic diet advice with about 1000 more calories, and 25% more grams of protein ( so if taking in 200 grams a day bump it up to 250...if my math is right) than a naturtal lifter.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!
