What are you eating?
I looked few the first few pages of the diet forum for a thread about what are you eating?And i couldn't find one
I think there is one over on bodybuilding.com forums but i thought why not get a really large thread full with pictures of what we are eating with a short description,could be good for the recipe section too ![]() Well here is what i am eating Salmon Burger with veggies + Pint of water Salmon burger=2 eggs whisked with 1/2 cup of oats and a tin of salmon,spinkle of pepper and herbs ![]() Can everyone make sure if we are going to do this that the photo's will remain uploaded as their is NOTHING worse than going through a thread where all pictures are not showing Thanks Lets see what your all eating |

Earlier I just had some ricotta (cottage cheese) and some natural fruit and nut bar (no not the cadbury one).
|
|
Currently cutting (Bulk soon): Lost 43 kilos (94.6 lb) since March of 2005. Current BF%: ~12.5 - 14%
