What is with the amount of milk? Why not solid protien meal. Where are the efa's? V8 is useless

Meal 2: 50 Gram protein shake
Too much protein IMO - what is in this shake?

Meal 3: Chicken Breast(or other lean meat) cooked in olive oil and Veggies.
Good - you need a complex carb though.

Meal 4: Chicken Breast(or other lean meat) and a 30 calorie V8
ok, but where are the veggies, complex carb, fruit - v8 is useless

Meal 5: Lean Steak and Veggies
Good

Meal 6: protein shake or 32 OZ. of Nonfat milk
Why so much damn milk?

I am getting about 2000 calories, 50 grams of fat, and 240 grams of protein.
See my comments in bold.

Well your diet lacks EFA's and complex carbs. Why do you not have any carbs other than milk sugars?

I can digest just about anything. The reason I drink so much milk is that it arguably the best protein and is a lot cheaper then other protein sources. Moreover, I don't have time to cook every meal I eat.

Also, V-8 is great, 8 veggies in one drink. I don't think 60 calories worth of V8a day is too much.

but anything in juice form cant take the place of anything clean and whole.

Also, out of curiousity, is milk considered a fast digesting protein?

Milk is comprised of 80% Casien (spelling?) and 20% Whey. So you get the best of both worlds.
