    Refeed/Hi carb days

People have mentioned a "refeed" diet on the board, where you have a high carb day (20-60-20 or something like that) every 5-6 days...can anyone briefly explain what it means? What's the purpose of 'refeeding,' is it for bulking or cutting, and how often should it be done?
