For a homemade MRP...
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I usually do 1 cup oats, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casien sometimes peanut butter...
Anyways my question is, is it more beneficial to do 2 scoops casien, or is 50/50 whey and casien more beneficial? I thought it would be good to have both fast/slow protein. |

I would personally stick to casein alone, but mixing the two for cost reasons would be a reasonable proposition. With that said, I would probably throw a little more fat in your MRP. A little olive oil is great for thickening up a shake and making it digest a little slower so you don't end up hungry an hour later. Peanut butter does the trick as well, but I have come to like olive oil, and sometimes a little hempseed oil, in my shakes.
