    opinion please

    im trying to get as lean as possible by the summer. i weigh 215 lbs,6 feet .dont know my bodyfat %,i would say around 15%, i have lost 12 lbs since jan.1st. i eat 50% protein,25% fat and carbs.here's a sample of what i eat:
    meal 1& 2: whey,raw oatmeal and natural peanut butter

    meal 3:tuna,mayo ,brown rice

    meal 4:
    whey, 2 slices rye bread and mayo

    meal 5 & 6: marinated (with oil) chicken breast with 2 slices rye bread and mayo

    on saturday i cheat, i eat junk food.

    i wight train 3 times per week and do cardio 2 times per week.should i do more cardio?
