    About carbs

    the only carbs i eat are complex but i want to know more. can anyone tell me things like when to eat them, how often, and how much?

    im 5'9 195 and cutting.

    Seriously though - from the small amount of information you gave no one can tell you anything! Diets are very individual and need to be tailored to your specific needs, workouts etc etc.


    ps: there is no need to eat only complex carbs. Other carbs (eg: sugars) do have a place in a diet - regardless of cutting or bulking.

    well all of your meals should contain some sort of complex carb, except directly post workout where you need simple carbs. hope that helps lol

    She did, one size answers does not fit all.

    How much, how often and when depends very much on what's in your current diet
    how your body reacts to carbs
    when you work out
    how the rest of your day is set up
    What your %bf is
    Just cutting, or cutting for a contest (which I doubt)

    etc...

    hmm, eat simple carbs only when u wake up and pre- and post-workout
    the rest gets complicated if you have no previous knowledge.

    B sure you get some simple carbs immediately after your workout to speed recovery! Post workout nutrition is super importante!
