This may be a stupid question- How do you know if fish caps are Mercury Free?
A friend of mine bought a bottle of fish caps & it doesnt state "mercury free" any where on the bottle. .

Mercury tends to stick with the protein, not the oil, during the exctraction. It is sad, but fish oil supplements are safer than eating cold water fish in America and other parts of the world.
Sam's Club is fine.
