I'm 5'1 and weight around 122-125 pounds. i use to weight around 105 but put on about 20pounds within 3 years. I workout at least 4x/week and the remaining of 3days i just throw in some sort of 20min cardio whenever i can but i haven't been loosing any weight. my diet is probably my weakess part and i need suggestions from anyone who can help. i keep an online journal of what i intake/day so you're welcome to check out my diet and comment if you like and comment here. thanks!! http://www.xanga.com/private/yourhome.aspx
