    Fattin me up

    Ok, i'm going to the grocery store to buy some more food. This time i'm asking for some of you guys/girls/shims help.

    Any suggestions on good foods i can buy that to help me gain weight?

    oatmeal, beef lean, flax seed oil,milk skim(debated but works for some),and blueberries. Oh god get fish and fish oil caps to my bad
