Oats okay to eat late at night?

Gotta study for exams coming up, and am feeling hungry. Just wanted to know if a breakfast food like oats is okay to eat late at night.

As long as it fits into your calorie needs for the day - they will be fine.

(ps: I would combine them with some protein and fats +/- some more fiber though).

it also depends on your body type and how easily you burn or gain. I, for instance, cut all complex carbs out after 5pm during a cutting cycle.

try a couple of tbsp of peanut butter to kill a craving. Or, some hard boiled eggs.
