    gain weight

    Hi people, i have a problem,
    it`s . i have been eating good , healthy food, taking my protein shake, and making my work out 4 days a week,.

    the problem is that my weight increases to slow.
    i`m consider to take a gainer shake.
    what can u tell meabout ?

    4 0 5 eggs /mornings . fish 3 0r 4 times week, breast chickend 4 times a week, green vegetables tomatos whole grain bread, chesee low in fat 5& in 30 gr portion. yogour, alot fruits. sometimes cereal, pasta one time a week,

    protein shake 1 0r 2 depend on the day.

    Without an idea of how much and how many cals/day it's really hard to say one way of the other.

    At a glance it doesn't look like enough food (maybe). Aren't you something like ~180lbs?

    How slow is the weight gain....it might actually be okay, provided the scale is going up. Sometimes fast weight gain just means more water or just more fat, it won't necessarily mean more muscle. Lean gains are slower anyways.

    3 or 4 times/week? or do you mean 3 or 4 times / day?

    +no i eat fish 4 time /week , and chick the rest of the week well try to keep a balance in both.
    to eat egss every days . 4 or 5 .
    litlle bit of rice, whole grain bread.

    thanks , i think my body start to gaing weight this week , becuase i see my body more dense.

    well year ago , i was on 90 kg, because i run a cycle, i look very good, or i fell very good.

    , now i have 85 kg.
    of course i dont want a big arms, with a big belly!
    i`m tryINGn to eat more tmes a day.
    but somedays my apetite it`s no enough.

    hi people, just after read all the replies. i decided to eat a lot . increases the carbohidrates. may be that help me to gaing weight
