Nuts about Nuts!!
hi, i really enjoy eating mixed nuts at the moment, and i'm intrigued to know the nutirtional breakdown of each different type of nut
also which nuts are the best for EFA's? and which for protein? are some nuts favourable over others in a micronutrient sense? |

Walnuts, almonds, peanuts(technically not a nut) tend to be better.
