I'd rather have the bread if these are the only two choices. Not that buttery white crap either.
when i was a chunky hunky, i used to snack on chips daily. Well when i start my bulking cycle and i feel like eating sum non fat or low fat chips, is it that harmful??
my question is, would u rather have a certain amount of bread or non fat chips? (considering both being same g. of carbs)

Why don't you just have the chips on your cheat meal??
Why not just make your own chips? You could do sweet or spicy or salty sweet potatoe chips. Likewise, you could do the same by baking some cut up whole wheat tortillas.
how do i make my own potato chips?
Do a search in the recipe sub-section of this forum. I'm not gonna tell you how to do something.
Aye, SoxMuscle has it rightly.
The chips will only trigger hunger for more carbs and will help de-rail you from a sensible diet. Thats the difference between a bulk that requires a heavy cutting effort (with loss of muscle) and a clean mass gain that requires little actual fat loss to regain a lean appearance for this summer.
so even if theyre homemade i shouldnt have it , not as a daily thing, i mean like a monthly thing.

Fat free doesn't mean calorie free. God damn food manufacturers try to fool people into thinking FAT FREE means it's good for you.
r u fuken deaf, im gona make it at home, with a oven.
and im not a crazy obese man who cant contorl how much chips hes gona eat, and how much u think i can make with one oven.
