    FAT free chips

when i was a chunky hunky, i used to snack on chips daily. Well when i start my bulking cycle and i feel like eating sum non fat or low fat chips, is it that harmful??
my question is, would u rather have a certain amount of bread or non fat chips? (considering both being same g. of carbs)

I'd rather have the bread if these are the only two choices. Not that buttery white crap either.

Why not just make your own chips? You could do sweet or spicy or salty sweet potatoe chips. Likewise, you could do the same by baking some cut up whole wheat tortillas.

Do a search in the recipe sub-section of this forum. I'm not gonna tell you how to do something.

chips, whether they are free of fat or not, are one of the worst things you can eat as they offer no positive to your body.

    Aye, SoxMuscle has it rightly.

The chips will only trigger hunger for more carbs and will help de-rail you from a sensible diet. Thats the difference between a bulk that requires a heavy cutting effort (with loss of muscle) and a clean mass gain that requires little actual fat loss to regain a lean appearance for this summer.

Fat free doesn't mean calorie free. God damn food manufacturers try to fool people into thinking FAT FREE means it's good for you.

    Deaf?

I didnt know we were verbally discussing the matter.

And look. If you can control your diet, why the fuck are you going to go eat and eat chips, even if they are made at home? Eat some fucking oatmeal or whole grain bread, you tool.
