I have a herniated disc and because of that I have to take about 2 months off. Because I'll be inactive for this time and can't do anything weight lifting wise or cardio, I've decided to take this time to try and lose a little fat by doing a moderate carb, high protein/fat diet. I was wondering if this diet looks ok and if I'd have to do a carb up every 2 weeks or so. Here is the diet: calories/fat/carbs/protein
