I am 15 years old, I weigh 176lbs and am 5'8". I have been bulking for some bit now. I started at 135lbs. I want to have the strictest cutting diet I can possibly have. I want to keep my muscle and just get my bodyfat down to around 7-9%. If you guys can help me create a cutting diet it would be great I will give you all the information you need about me and I will buy any foods that I need to eat. I am very dedicated that is why I am willing to spend my own money on food instead of saving for a car!!! lol
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

From that article I figured I would need 1760 - 2288 calories to cut.
2288 calories with 40/40/20 - is what I am gonna try starting may 8th
this would be..
915.2 calories from Protein
915.2 calories from Carbs
457.6 calories from Fats
Each Gram of Protein = 4 cals
Each Gram of Carbs = 4 cals
Each Gram of Fat = 9 cals
soooo I would need
Protein: 228g
Carbohydrates: 228g
Fat: 50g
now I have to make a diet
What is up with cutting all carbs from your diet to cut?? Someone told me if you do that the fat just drops off you but you feel like shit. Can I do that?
I usually have chocolate milk in morning 1 glass so I will make it maybe skim or without chocolate added it's gonna be tuff. I use to eat so much chocolate and drink so much soda. I havent had a soda in a year though.. I have been doing good
Why are your fats so low?
Up your fats to like 80-100 grams.
But make sure 75% of fats come from things like avacado, organic peanut butter (NOT "NATURAL"!!), Olive Oil, and Omega 3 fish oils.
So now that you've added 30-50 grams of fat, remeber a gram of fat is 9 cals, while a carb is 4 cals.
So now you can get rid of an additional 60-100 grams of carbs.

haha thanks, I thought natural peanut butter was the best..
Calories: 2234
Protein: 228g
Carbohydrates: 128g
Fat: 90g
how does that sound?
Do not cut out all carbs from your diet. That is unhealthy, and in the long run potentially dangerous. Your body and brain need glucose to run efficiently.Originally Posted by Diablo1990

What's wrong with Natural Peanut Butter?Originally Posted by BigDyl
You recommend Olive Oil yet you down Natural P.B. Do you even realize that Natural P.B. is comprised of 75% fat, and 60% of that is Oleic, or Olive Oil as it is called. In other words, there is nothing wrong with Natural P.B. Now what is it that you think is so bad about Natural P.B., cause I'm curious?Originally Posted by BigDyl

Run your carbs too low and you'll run the risk of going into ketosis and only competitors tend to do that. Yeah, your brain and central nervous system need a minimum of 60g carbs a day just to function. Don't cut protein calories from your diet (unless your going crazy with it, only eat 1-1.5g per lb) as unless your supported by anabolic substances, that'll sacrifice some of the muscle you've built whilst bulking. Just cut cals from your carbs and fat (although maintaining a good amount of healthy fats).

I have seen natural peanut butter filled with chemicals and sugar, that's why I said don't go for "Natural."
Whenever someone uses Natural or All Nautural it is misleading 99% of the time.
Ok it's Natural, but what about Organic?
How do you explain anabolic diet then where the recommended carb intake is at 30grams? If your body needs 60 grams a day.

What about organic?Originally Posted by BigDyl
