I eat about 3 sandwiches a day in place for some of my meals. The sandwiches are always low carb multi-grain bread with usually turkey (sometimes fat-free bologna). Is this ok? I do this because I'm really picky about what I eat which is why its hard for me to cut... but the sandwiches I eat aren't bad for you in my understanding so it's easy for me to stick to this because I like sandwiches... and its just about the only food that I don't get sick of after 3 days in a row. But is this ok for me for a cut? From the nutrition labels it seems fine but I would rather have someone who knows what they're talking about give an oppinion. Thank you![]()

better carbs sources available, eating actual meat would be a smart choice, no veggies, fruit???
If ure looking to cut, u may have to suck it up and eat a decent diet, NOT consisting of bologna and bread....Choice is yours tho, but urs is not a cutting diet and it does suck!
Life is what you make of it, not what it makes you...TAKE CHARGE!

What if you're bulking?? I eat PBJ's all the time. Tons of cals and protein...
Check the bologno ingrediants, and if it has nitrate in it or anything that sounds like that, dont eat it. Also if you really wanna get healhty and in shape, jack that sandwich up with lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. mmmmmmOriginally Posted by MAC33

lol this is funny. Well thank you everyone for replying to my post 4 months after I wrote it. But make long story short... I hate sandwiches now lol. Since no one replied for a while I figured they were ok to eat that way... so I ate them to the point of where now I can't even think about any kind of sliced meat with out feeling a little sick. It is useful information though so I thankyou to those who replied... and I am interested if anyone has an answer to PWgriffin's question above because peanut butter (whether its the really good Skippy kind or even the "all-natural" kind) seems to be the only food I can never get sick or tied of. Thankyou![]()
When you learn to find the humor in every situation... you'll learn that laughing is a much better reaction than getting upset.
The all natural kind is INCREDIBLY healthy for you. The problem is it tastes like crap.(whether its the really good Skippy kind or even the "all-natural" kind)
Good Day
Dieting is not about you getting sick of what you eat, but what you eat to not get sick. Dieting is one of the hardest things to do or everyone without medical problems would be thin and healthy. We all know that if we eat mostly what taste like shit to us is good for us.Originally Posted by MAC33
If your in this for bodybuilding purposes, 90% of the time your going to have to learn to eat what you don't like. Otherwise kick back and get fat as sandwiches for replacement meals are not going to get it.
