    Chicken In Can

Is this any good for you?? I would figure, I don't always have the time to cook 10lbs of boneless chicken breast every week..

Eating food in the bathroom generally isn't a good idea.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I don't think it would hurt. Better to eat fresh, definitely, but if you want to substitute sometimes then that's probably fine.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

At first it tastes good...then it just turns into my shoving soggy strange tasting mass down me gizzard.

Heh Heh! Chicken and duck is dirt cheap over here at the minute , because everyone is going into hysterics about 'bird flu'....

Until that plague hits you on your continent, I suggest you either eat frozen/fresh chicken, or if you havn't got the time to prepare it, something else....(what? I don't know ? farty beans or tuna...) But for heaven's sake steer clear of bloody tinned chicken!
