    Protein Powder Bloat

Does anybody else suffer from this?

And am I absorbing any protein at all if I'm bloating from whey, casein, or skim milk?

It's strange, no bloat from carbs, but bloat from protein? How crazy is that?

Yes, I get bloated and gassy from drinking whey protein shakes..but i still have one PWO anyway...I just avoid other gassy foods for the rest of the day so that I don't blow up ;-)

I find if I drink protein shakes without any carbs I get unbearable trapped gas and feel like I'm having a heart attack. As such, I have stopped having whey protein on its own.
If you don't risk anything, you risk even more!
